FAQ

To purchase the course, please register on the website.

1. Please select the ‘Registration/Login’ button in the menus on the top
2. You will be prompted with a “Registration/Login” pop-up
3. You will arrive at the ‘Registration Page.” Please fill out all the required information on the registration page and select ‘Register’ button
4. You will be on the “Registration Success’ page. Please select the “View courses offered’ button at the bottom of the page.
5. You will be landing on the “Courses Offered” page. Please select the image of the course or “Title of the course” to navigate to the course details page. You can also view the price of the course
6. Select the “Take the course” button
7. You will be landing at the “Order overview’ button. You can confirm the order and course details before payment. Select the “Take this course” button again.
8. 
9. You will be landing on the payment page, where you can fill up the credit card details for payment.
10. The system will display a message that “Transaction was successful” if the payment is successful.
11. Will be navigated to the specific course page. YOU ARE READY TO GO.

1. Select the “Registration/Login” menu in the top right
2. You get a pop-up of “Register/Login Key in the user name and password on the left side of the pop-up
3. Select the “Login” button. Enter your credentials and login. Then select “My Account” menu
4. If you have already enrolled in the courses, you can view the list of courses. Select the course to which you want to listen

1. Scroll down on the specific course page and you can view the sections and list of lessons. You can select a specific lesson to listen to.
   You can navigate to specific course page by two ways:
   1. Login. Select “My Account” page. You can view the list of courses enrolled. Select the course title
      
      
   2. Select “Courses Offered” page. You can view all the courses offered. Select the course which you enrolled.
2. After selecting the lesson, you can see the screen for playing video. Play the video and listen the course.
3. You can navigate through the lessons on the left hand sidebar. However, you can’t jump the lessons, as you need to progress through each lesson sequentially to take the final quiz. System may not allow to take the lessons if the lessons are not attended sequentially.
4. Read the material associated with the course. Select the “Materials” tab associated with the lesson
5. Check and see that the “Mark completed” button turns into green. It will remain as grey if you have not listened to the course completely. It will turn into green if you listen the video till the last second.  Once the lesson is completed, you can navigate to the next lesson using the sidebar on the left

1. Navigate to the “My Account” page
2. You can scroll down to look at the specific course
3. Below the course progress bar, we have a menu to view the certificate
4. You can download the certificate from your browser

The course completion certificate is issued based on the percentage obtained in the quiz. Each course has a specific percentage that you need to score, to qualify for the certificate. Usually it is 80%. You can view the specific course content to know the percentage. We allow multiple retakes of the quiz for you to score the desired percentage.

The duration of the specific courses is mentioned on the pricing page. Please scroll down to the specific course and read the content to know the duration.

Scroll down on the specific course page and you can view the sections and list of lessons. You can select a specific lesson to listen to.
You can navigate to specific course page by two ways

1. Login. Select “My Account” page. You can view the list of courses enrolled. Select the course title
2. Select “Courses Offered” page. You can view all the courses offered. Select the course which you enrolled.

Once the student has achieved the desired score on the quiz, the certificate will be made available immediately. You can view the picture below, where the certificate is made available as and when the quiz is completed with specific percentage.

The system won’t produce any certificates. Students can retake the quiz. Refer to the picture below.

Please write to admin@insuedot.com with your full name and email ID. Will verify in the system the passing score and will mail you the certificate.

There is a “Post  comment” section on the lesson page. You can see this section at the bottom of each lesson. You can post your questions here. These questions may not be visible to you immediately. Once the moderator approves it, you can see these questions. The instructor responds to the comments, which can be found on this page.
