    • Your article must be 100% original and should not have been published or submitted elsewhere, including your own website, blogs, or other publications.
    • We strictly prohibit any form of plagiarism, including paraphrasing or rewriting existing content.

    Unique and Innovative Ideas

    • Your submission should reflect unique perspectives or ideas that provide value to our readers.
    • Avoid rehashing widely covered topics unless you can offer a new angle or deeper insights.

    High-Quality Writing

    • Articles should be well-written, free of grammatical errors, and follow a clear structure with an introduction, body, and conclusion.
    • Use subheadings, bullet points, or numbered lists to make your content easy to read.
    • Number each image or charts serially in the article
    • All reference of any external source should be serially numberd

    Relevance to Our Audience

    • Topics should focus on insurance education, insurtech, business analysis, or other related areas. Ensure your article is aligned with the interests of IT professionals working in the insurance domain.

    Word Count

    • Submissions should be between 800 and 1,500 words. Longer articles may be accepted if they provide exceptional value.

    Formatting Requirements

    • Use a professional tone suitable for an audience of IT professionals, insurance experts, and business analysts.
    • Include references or data sources when citing statistics or studies. Use hyperlinks for online references.

    No Promotional Content

    • Articles should not promote specific products, services, or businesses. We encourage thought leadership and educational content, not advertisements.

    • Submit a short bio (50–100 words) with your name, professional background, and any relevant achievements.
    • Optionally, include a professional headshot.

    How to Submit An Article

    • Prepare your article in a Word document (.docx)
    • Send your submission to mentor@insuedot.com with the subject line: “Guest Article Submission – [Your Topic]”.
    • Attach or include:
      • Your article.
      • A brief author bio.
      • Any relevant images or charts (if applicable) in a seperate gif file

    What Happens After Submission?

    • Review Process: We will review your submission to ensure it meets our guidelines.
    • Response Time: You will receive a response within 10–14 business days.
    • Edits: If accepted, we may suggest edits to ensure your article is in line with our style and standards. We may tweak or do minor edits to publish in the website.  Any images will be adjused for clarity or for performance
    • Decision: The final decision on publishing the article lies with Insuedot and it will be informed to you within 14 days.

    Copyright and Usage Policy

    By submitting your article to Insuedot, you agree to the following terms regarding copyright and usage:

      • You, as the author, retain full copyright of your submitted article.
    2. Non-Exclusive License
      • By submitting your article, you grant Insuedot a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to:
        • Publish the article on our website and any affiliated platforms.
        • Use, distribute, and display the article for promotional purposes (e.g., newsletters, social media, or marketing materials).
    3. Exclusivity Period
      • To maintain the uniqueness of content on our platform, you agree not to republish the article elsewhere (including your own blog or third-party websites) for a minimum of 180 days after publication on Insuedot.
